Financing conditions and requirements will depend on the qualification of the client and the current programs of the lender. Each case is completely different and there may be different types of mortgages that fit each profile.
Foreign investors will need the following documents and information:
- Passport from the country of origin
- Investors that have a job in their country of origin need to provide pay stubs or income documents from the past 3 years.
- Investors that have business in their country of origin need to provide a letter from an accountant showing financials for the past 3 years or a letter summarizing your business and how was it originated.
- Copy of bank statements from the country of origin for the past 6 months
- Driver license or another id from the country of origin
- Utility bill or vehicle registration from the country of origin
It is necessary, at all times, to consult a bank, lender, mortgage loan originator, among other financers so that they can provide the information corresponding to your case.
